Booking & Scheduling
Appointments
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy your service.
Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or adjusted to maintain our schedule.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
Satisfaction & Guarantee
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us immediately before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns.

- No adjustments can be made once you have left the salon.
- Changes in design, color, or style are not considered service corrections.
We offer complimentary repairs for gel and dip services within 7 days of your visit.
Refund Policy
All services are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services.
However, we are happy to correct any issues within our service guarantee period.

Payment Methods
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

All offers and coupons must be presented at the time of check-in.

Child Safety
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment:
- Children are only permitted when receiving a service.
- Children under 8 must be supervised at all times.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for any damages caused.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the salon. (Service animals are always welcome).
